"Cooperatives must have remarkable and exemplary achievements in sustaining quality programs for their members,” guided by this notion the UE CALOOCAN MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, was once again held as 2^nd placer as one of the Most Outstanding Primary Cooperative (Small Category) on the recently concluded CDA Gawad Parangal 2016. This momentous occasion was part of the 2^nd Metro Manila Cooperative Congress held at Subic Bay Travellers Hotel, Subic, Zambales last September 16 and 17, 2016. The said occasion and seminar was attended by the former Vice-Chairman Mr. Danny De Guzman and the Board Secretary Mr. Mark T. Ballon. Moreover, on the social dinner gathering from which delegates are requested to wear Hawaiian attire, Mr. Ballon was chosen as the “Star of the Night” among male delegates present. This recognition from CDA is an attestation that truly the UE-Caloocan Multi-Purpose Cooperative continues to operate within the values and principles set forth for Cooperative.
